1 Introduction
Welcome to ZOLO EXPRESS. By accessing our website and using our outstation cab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.
2 Definitions
- "Company/We/Us" refers to ZOLO EXPRESS
- "Customer/You" refers to the person booking or using our services
- "Services" refers to outstation taxi/cab services provided by us
- "Booking" refers to a confirmed taxi reservation
3 Booking Terms
- All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles
- Booking confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email after successful booking
- Customers must provide accurate pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact details
- A valid mobile number is mandatory for booking confirmation and driver coordination
- Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak seasons and holidays
4 Fare & Payment
All fares displayed are inclusive of driver allowance, fuel, and basic taxes.
Extra charges payable by customer:
- Toll charges
- Parking fees
- State permits (if applicable)
- Night charges (if applicable)

5 Customer Responsibilities
6 Driver & Vehicle
- All our drivers are professionally trained and verified
- Vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and air-conditioned
- Vehicle type is subject to availability; equivalent or upgraded vehicles may be provided
7 Waiting Charges
If the customer is not available at the pickup location on time:
First 30 minutes
FREE
After 30 minutes
₹100 per 30 min
8 Liability
- • ZOLO EXPRESS is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
- • We are not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle
- • Maximum liability is limited to the fare paid for the particular trip
9 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited:
Illegal drugs
Weapons & Explosives
Flammable materials
Pets (without approval)
10 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.
