Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation:

| 6-12 hours before pickup | 50% Refund (50% fee) |

Company Cancellation:
If ZOLO EXPRESS cancels the booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen circumstances:
- Full Refund (100%) will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Alternative vehicle arrangement will be offered if available
Refund Eligibility
Refunds Applicable When:
- Customer cancels within eligible time frame
- Company cancels due to unavailability
- Double payment or technical error
- Service not provided as per booking
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Customer no-show without cancellation
- Cancellation less than 6 hours before pickup
- Incorrect pickup details by customer
- Customer denies service after driver arrival

Disputes
- All refund disputes must be raised within 7 days of the trip date

- Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other events beyond our control:
- Full refund or rescheduling option will be provided
- No cancellation charges will apply
